  • Have / Had / Both — toggle between wines you own, wines you've finished, or all.
  • Filters — narrow by varietal, region, vintage, or food pairing.
  • Labels — switch to a photo card view.
  • Drinkable — show only wines currently in their drink window.
  • Tap any row to edit details, log a drink, add a purchase, or add notes.
  • On mobile, swipe left on a card or long-press a row to quickly log a drink.

  • You can have multiple cellars — tap your cellar name in the top-left to switch.
  • Roles: Owner (full control) · Member (read/write) · Guest (read-only).
  • Rename — go to Settings → Cellar and type a new name. Duplicate names are not allowed.
  • Merge — in Settings, choose a target cellar and click Move All Wines. Every wine, purchase, consumption record, and note moves to the target cellar and the source cellar is deleted. Only owners can merge.
  • Delete — removes the cellar and all its wines permanently. You must have at least one other cellar first. Only owners can delete.
  • Invite others via Settings → Members. They receive an email link to join.
  • Transfer Ownership — in Settings → Members, use the crown icon next to a member to make them the new owner. You become a member.
  • Share Links (Settings → Share Cellar) let anyone browse your cellar without logging in. Set an expiry or label each link. Only owners can create or revoke share links.

  • Drink Tonight — wines currently in their prime drink window, sorted by oldest vintage.
  • Drink Soon — wines entering their window within the next 12 months.
  • Reorder List — out-of-stock wines you rated highly.
  • Spending chart — monthly purchase totals for the last 12 months.
  • Ledger (global) — every purchase and consumption across all wines, filterable by date.

Preferences
When enabled, newly scanned wine photos are automatically cropped to just the label. You'll see both the original and cropped version in the edit screen to choose from.
Members

Invite Someone
Share Cellar (Read-Only Links)

Create links anyone can use to browse your cellar without logging in — read-only. You can have multiple links, each with an optional label and expiry.

Import Wine List

Import a CSV export from CellarTracker, Vivino, or a backup exported from this app. Duplicate wines (same winery + name + vintage) are skipped. Missing descriptions, tasting notes, and coordinates will be backfilled by AI after import.
